Description
The wooden carved 3 Wise Men Modern Art Nativity Color are carved in ash wood and hand painted. The 3 Kings are available in the sizes 12 cm, 15 cm and 20 cm.
Caspar (King Moor), Melchior (the kneeling king) and Balthazar (the King standing) take three gifts to the newborn Infant Jesus: gold, myrrh and incense. The three gifts have a symbolic meaning: gold symbolizes the kingship of the new born child; incense recalls the deity of Jesus; myrrh was used for mummification and recalls the sacrifice and death of Jesus Christ. The 3 gifts are also three important medical remedies.
